Diploma: Degree at bac+3 level at minimum
Experience: At least 5 years in a local authority, including team management
The profile they look for:
- Degree at bac+3 level at minimum, with 5 years of local authority experience.
- Experience in team management and project leadership.
- Knowledge of budgets, public purchasing and human resources.
- Knowledge of how a medico-social centre works.
- Good people skills, open dialogue and ability to unite a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
