The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of landscape design, building sites and roads and networks.
- Able to lead, organise and check the work of a team.
- Good at project management and cross-team management.
- Good knowledge of public accounting and public contracts.
- Committed to public service and able to bring people together.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working time of 37 hours per week, with frequent travel.
- Occasional weekend work and meetings outside normal hours possible.
