- Titular territorial engineer, or competition winner on an aptitude list.
- Technical knowledge of roads, networks, electricity and public lighting.
- Legal knowledge, including the public procurement code.
- Ability to prepare tender documents and negotiate with companies.
- Management skills, with good listening and explaining abilities.
- Good writing skills and comfort with office software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
