Diploma: Higher education, Bac+3 to Bac+5, in accounting and finance, with a local public finance option.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar post in a local authority.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and public accounting.
- Good knowledge of budget documents, petty cash offices and internal control.
- Advanced skills in the Totem tool and office software.
- Ability to lead cross-department projects and manage a team.
- Strong analysis, writing and communication skills.
- Rigour and good organisation.
