Open to civil servants and contract staff. Grades concerned: attaché, ingénieur, rédacteur, technicien and their senior grades.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: At least Bac +2 in environment or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in environment, waste management, technical services or local administration
- Knowledge of waste management rules
- Knowledge of waste management strategies
- Knowledge of public procurement
- Knowledge of how local authorities work
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
