- Knowledge of regulations: urban planning, accessibility, fire safety.

- Ability to plan, organise and lead a team.
- Expected qualities: listening, rigour, curiosity, assertiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
