Category A civil servants are targeted, preferably administrative attachés, ITPE, IAE or equivalent grades from the territorial or hospital civil service. Contract staff hired on CDI must hold a level 7 diploma.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent, level 7
Experience: Proven experience in team management
The profile they look for:
- Master's degree or equivalent diploma, level 7.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of public water and biodiversity policies.
- Good knowledge of legal, budget and public procurement matters.
- Ability to analyse, make decisions and represent the agency.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
