- Know how to manage and lead a team.
- Know how to organize your work.
- Know how to adapt.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Have budget and accounting skills.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Schedule of 40h30 with 54 rest days (25 annual leave and 29 RTT days).
- "Très secret" security clearance required before starting the job.
- Expected time in the post: 3 years.
