Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) / engineering degree
Experience: Substantial experience in real estate and complex project management

- Significant experience in real estate and complex project management.
- Good technical knowledge of all building trades.
- Knowledge of rules on safety, accessibility, energy and RE2020.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement and public finance.
- Diplomacy, negotiation skills and excellent writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
