- Knowledge of urban planning law, including the climate and resilience law.
- Good command of urban planning procedures such as the PLUi.
- Good command of procedures linked to social housing.
- Good command of OPAH-RU schemes, stakeholders and local challenges.
- Strong summary skills and the ability to explain complex rules simply.
