Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of Attaché, Attaché hors classe, Attaché principal, Ingénieur, Ingénieur hors classe and Ingénieur principal in the territorial civil service.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply online on the employer's website, with your CV and cover letter. You can also send your application by post to the Human Resources Department of the Regional Council.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
