Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Higher education in information systems, computing, data or a related field (Bac+5 minimum for contract staff).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience running data, automation or AI projects.
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in information systems, computing or data.
- Good knowledge of the territorial civil service and local authorities.
- Knowledge of public accounting and public procurement rules.
- Skills in reporting and data visualisation tools, notably Power BI.
- Ability to analyse a business need and turn it into a solution.
- Ability to work across teams and lead meetings and workshops.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
