Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The position is category A (managerial grade).
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Level 7, master or equivalent qualifications
Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Very good knowledge of the administration and ministries.
- Good knowledge of service quality issues in State public services.
- Strong autonomy, ability to synthesise, and diplomacy.
- Proven writing skills, including administrative notes and PowerPoint slides.
- Skills in project monitoring, dashboards and indicators.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
