Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Category A job (or equivalent).
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Analyse a commune's needs and financial capacity.
- Write specifications and funding applications, including EU funds.
- Work with the ANCT, State services and local partners.
- Communicate on the measures of the France Ruralités plan.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 14 days)
Apply through the Ministry of the Interior mobility portal before the deadline. Applications sent directly by email are not accepted.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Travel across the department to the winning communes.
- An administrative vehicle is provided for work travel.
