Open to civil servants and contract staff. The grades concerned are engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer in the territorial civil service.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac +4 or +5 in computer science, or a computing engineering degree
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role, or a recent graduate
The profile they look for:
- Bachelor's plus 4 or 5 years in computing with 2 to 5 years of experience, or a recent engineering graduate.
- Master application design and modelling.
- Know well the Finance and Procurement application solutions.
- Master project management and budget management.
- Be an expert in public procurement and supplier contracts.
- Be able to lead and motivate a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
