2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply on the employer's website. Fill in the single mobility or recruitment application form of the Ministry of the Interior.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Full time: 38 hours a week, 25 days of paid leave and 16 days of RTT.
- National defence secrecy clearance required depending on the duties.
- Current site in Paris 12th; future site in Saint-Denis from December 2026, at the latest March 2027.
