Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- General or advanced knowledge of the information system solutions.
- Good project management skills.
- Applying quality of service based on ISO 9001.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well.
- Basic functional knowledge of local government.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, using the link in the offer. The application asks for a CV and a cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
