- Technical expertise in IP telephony (ToIP), deployment and public procurement.
- Budget, accounting and legal skills at an operational level.
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects.

- Good interpersonal skills and written and oral communication.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Full time, 38 hours per week, 25 days of paid leave and 16 days of RTT.
