Diploma: Engineer or architect diploma, or experience allowing entry to the territorial engineers grade
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience preferred
The profile they look for:
- Engineer or architect diploma, or equivalent experience
- Professional experience of at least 5 years is preferred
- Knowledge of planning rules and building construction
- Knowledge of public procurement rules and the MOP law
- Very good knowledge of the CCAG Travaux and Prestations intellectuelles
- Skills: people skills, summarising, method, rigour, sense of responsibility
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The text says telework is possible up to 2 days a week, depending on the department.
- Annual bonus of 1,683.98 euros net paid in November, pro rata to time worked.
- Meal vouchers of 11 euros and health insurance contribution up to 72 euros per month.
- A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant has applied.
