Civil servants in the Attaché or Ingénieur grades of the territorial civil service can apply. Contract staff can also be hired if no civil servant applies.

Diploma: Engineering degree, master's in urban planning or development, architecture or political science.
Experience: Experience in processing planning permission applications.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
