- Knowledge of the HACCP method and the 5M rule
- Ability to enforce procedures and supervise a team
- Knowledge of workplace hygiene and safety rules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
