Experience: Management experience preferred
The profile they look for:
- Know the legal texts on the SPIPs and on supervising people from the justice system
- Know how the SPIPs work and are organised
- Be able to manage, motivate and lead a team
- Run projects with autonomy, rigour and good organisation
- Hold a valid driving licence and be able to travel for several days
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
