Civil servants (category C) can apply by transfer or secondment. Contract staff can also apply. A competitive exam is not required, because an entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.

- Driving licence B required, licence C preferred
- Good skills in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
