The profile they look for:
- Budget and accounting skills at expert level, to be acquired.
- Synthesis skills and ability to analyse.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt.
- Basic legal knowledge, initiate level required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, using the link given on the official offer. The application asks for the Ministry's mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Workload is cyclical: monthly reports in the first 15 days of the month.
- Expected time in the post: 3 years.
