Experience: Experienced; at least 3 years in similar roles.

- Or experience in HR administration for military personnel.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible after at least one year in post, depending on service needs.
- Flexible hours, with a 4.5 or 5 day week to choose from.
- Training planned at start: individual financial rights, ODE.SSA, Arhmonie HR system.
