The profile they look for:
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Office suite and MS Project.
- Knowledge of public procurement and works contracts.
- Knowledge of building standards and fire safety rules.
- Able to assess service providers and value for money.
- Rigorous, methodical and proactive.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- "Très secret" security clearance required before starting the job.
- Travel across the whole of France may be needed.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Working time of 40h30 per week with 54 days off.
