- Good organisation skills and ability to manage a team.
- Rigour, creativity and respect for budget limits.
- Supply management and cost optimisation skills, an asset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
