Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Master culinary skills.
- Know health, safety and working condition rules.
- Be able to lead and manage a team.
- Prioritise tasks and work well in a team.
- Show rigour, method and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 2 (Closes in 4 days)
Apply on the employer's website, or send your cover letter and CV to the human resources department. The deadline is 2 November 2026.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Category B job with team management.
- Job vacant from 1 December 2026.
