Civil servants from the territorial technical assistant and supervisor grades can apply. A person who has not passed a public competition can also be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking
Experience: Experience in mass catering essential
The profile they look for:

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Skills in mass catering cooking techniques
- Skills in mass catering management software
- Knowledge of Réunion cuisine
- Rigour, organisation and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 29 (Closes in 28 days)
Apply online on the departmental council website, through the offer page on Choisir le Service Public. Applications sent another way will not be considered.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
