Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the Attaché grade. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

Diploma: BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN, or an equivalent giving the MNS title; PSE1 required
The profile they look for:
- Holds the BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN, or an equivalent, with PSE1 required.
- Good at management, organised and rigorous.
- Able to handle emergencies.
- Knows pool regulations.
- Good with computer tools.
- Works independently, is punctual and has a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, varying by season.
- 1 weekend in 3 on a fixed schedule.
- Benefits: statutory pay, bonus scheme, a 13th month and training.
