Civil servants in the sports instructor (éducateur des APS) grades can apply. Contract staff may also be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State swimming sports instructor diploma (or equivalent)
The profile they look for:
- State swimming sports instructor diploma (Brevet d'État), or equivalent
- Up-to-date lifeguard swimming instructor certificate (CAMNS)
- Up-to-date team first aid diploma
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of rules for swimming and sports facilities
- Sense of responsibility, rigour and quick reactions
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
