- Know how SPIPs and the prison administration work.
- Good listening and dialogue skills, and able to motivate teams.
- Able to organise, prioritise and run a project.
- Good command of office software.
- Rigour and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
