Diploma: CAP in cooking at minimum
The profile they look for:
- Holds a CAP cooking qualification at minimum.
- Able to manage and organise a team.
- Knowledge of stock management software.
- Knowledge of nutrition, hygiene and safety rules.
- Rigorous, organised, independent and show initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Hours: 6am-3:15pm, and 6am-10am on Wednesdays.
- Off on Saturdays and Sundays, plus school holidays.
- Carrying heavy loads and wearing work clothes and protective equipment.
