Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. People recognised as disabled workers can access the job through a contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and cooking techniques.
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Know stock management rules.
- Be able to organise and lead a team.
- Be able to prevent and manage conflicts and stress.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter through the employer's website, in the Job offers section.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
