Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C. Grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal de 2e or 1re classe.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
