Civil servants (adjoint technique grade) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Drive carefully and follow road safety rules.
- React quickly to sudden events.
- Fill in tracking documents.
- Show autonomy and punctuality.
- Valid heavy goods vehicle licence and FIMO-FCO required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website named in the offer. You can also send your file by post or by email to the employer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Shifted hours, rounds between 5:30 and 13:30.
- Works on public holidays and sometimes Saturdays.
- Works outdoors in all weather.
- Remote work is not possible.
