- Valid heavy goods vehicle licence and FIMO-FCO, mandatory.
- Drive carefully and follow road safety rules.
- React quickly to sudden events.
- Report any fault to your manager straight away.
- Work independently and be punctual.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Heavy goods vehicle licence and FIMO-FCO are mandatory and must be valid.
- Early shifts: rounds between 5:30 and 13:30, work on public holidays.
- Annualised working time, outdoor work in all weather.
- No remote work possible.
