The profile they look for:
- Valid heavy goods vehicle (PL) driving licence
- Valid FIMO, up-to-date driver qualification card
- Knowledge of collective catering
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices and the HACCP method
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
