Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the job is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.
The profile they look for:
- Know and apply HACCP hygiene standards.
- Know cleaning, disinfection and decontamination techniques.
- Hold a category B driving licence.
- Be rigorous and discreet, and respect professional confidentiality.
- Adapt well, with patience and self-control.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Stated working hours: 7h30 per week.
- The job involves carrying heavy loads for deliveries.
- Leave is imposed according to the annual closures (winter and summer).
