2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- On-call duty: 2 weekends out of 5, shared in rotation with other drivers.
- Availability in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
- Category C post, in the State civil service.
- The post needs great versatility and gives experience in several trades.
