Open to civil servants of the local public service and to contract staff. Target grades: territorial engineer and technician, category A.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of building techniques and rules.
- Knowledge of public contracts and administrative procedures.
- Knowledge of how local authorities work.
- Skills in Word, Excel and the ASTRE software.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good summary and analysis skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
