- Ability to lead road structure studies and works.
- Knowledge of public purchasing procedures.
- Ability to follow technical, legal and financial aspects.
- Ability to negotiate study and design contracts.
- Interest in ecological transition and technical innovation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
