Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The job is open to the Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd class and Technicien principal 1st class grades. A contract agent may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.

Diploma: Bac+2 to Bac+3 (BTS, BUT, professional licence) in water, hydraulics, public works or an equivalent technical field
Experience: Experienced level; experience in drinking water preferred
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 diploma in water, hydraulics or public works.
- Experience in drinking water preferred (works, design office or local council).
- Good technical knowledge of drinking water networks and facilities.
- Independent, organised and rigorous in managing files.
- Good communication skills with elected officials and partners.
- Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) is an asset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
