Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The post is category A (management level).
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master's degree or equivalent (level 7)
The profile they look for:
- Follow the rules and procedures of the field
- Plan and organise works at the best cost and timing
- Coordinate and check how works are carried out
- Have general knowledge of building trades and public procurement
- Coordinate service providers and subcontractors
- Use office software and specific job tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- On-site presence and continuity of service; occasional work outside office hours possible
- No line management, but functional management of service providers
- Electrical authorisations required; driving licence B preferred; occasional travel to provincial sites
- Remote work not possible. Post may become vacant from 15/01/2027
