- Knowledge of public building safety, fire and accessibility rules
- Technical diagnostics of buildings and structures
- Knowledge of the MOP law, the PLU and the Urban Planning Code
- Electrical authorisations B0, H1, BR, B2V
- Analytical mind and good organisation
- Independence and good listening
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
