Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: At least BAC+2 in building, public works or civil engineering
The profile they look for:
- Hold at least a BAC+2 in building, public works or civil engineering
- Good knowledge of building techniques, all trades
- Know the rules for public buildings open to the public (ERP)
- Know the rules of public procurement
- Be independent, well organised and good with people
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
