This job is open to any suitable candidate, civil servant or not. A non-civil servant would be hired on a 3-year contract, after checking that no suitable civil servant has applied.

- Knowledge of the business software used.
- Good writing skills, from informal notes to formal letters.
- Excellent listening, kindness and patience with partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
