- Know road standards and guidelines, including those of the Hérault department.
- Master CAD software, including AutoCAD and Covadis/Autopiste.
- Be able to do quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Be able to work across teams with project partners.
- Be able to present projects clearly to elected officials and residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
