Permanent civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer (ingénieur hors classe).

Diploma: Engineering degree in the relevant field, or territorial engineer status
The profile they look for:
- Be a territorial engineer or hold an engineering degree in the relevant field
- Know the rules on waste management, ICPE facilities and roads and networks or civil engineering
- Have an interest in project management
- Have good teamwork, rigour and adaptability
- Communicate well
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
