The profile they look for:
- Strong knowledge of public finance (required).
- Know local authority financial rules.
- Know the main accounting principles.
- Write administrative documents well and use office software.
- Be organised, rigorous, methodical and discreet.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
